Registration

INFORMATION FOR YOUR REGISTRATION:

• Regular: 300 € (until January 22, 2025 included)

• Late: 400 € (from January 23, 2025 to February 1, 2025)

• You can submit up to two abstracts per registration

• Accompanying person ticket - welcome reception: 30 € (it includes visit to the Buonconsiglio castle and welcome reception)

• Accompanying person ticket - social dinner: 120 € (it includes transportation to Rovereto and back, visit to the MART museum and social dinner)

• Payment by credit card or PayPal only

• It will not be possible to register to conference or purchase tickets for accompanying persons on site

The registration fee for participants includes:

• • participation in the workshop

  • conference material

  • coffee breaks and lunches

  • welcome reception and visit to the Buonconsiglio Castle on Feb, 4

  • visit to MART museum and social dinner at Casa del Vino restaurant on Feb, 5

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Reimbursement requests received before January, 22 2025 will be accepted and 50% reimbursed. No reimbursement will be possible from January, 23 onwards. 

VISA SUPPORT LETTER:

To request a Visa Support Letter (additional information available here ), please send an email to eventi@fbk.eu specifying in the body of the mail the following data:

• Full name (as written in the passport)

• Affiliation: organization/company name

• Address

• Telephone number

• Place and date of birth

• Passport number and passport expiration date

• Are you a speaker/presenter? (Yes or No)

• Name of session/paper/poster you are speaking/presenting

• Female/Male

Invitation letters to participate in the event will be issued ONLY to participants who have already paid the registration fee. No Invitation letters can be issued for accompanying persons.
